Inkeri Ilola

The calm Inkeri is a long-standing cook at Ahlman and the holder of a gold award from the Chamber of Commerce. She has a talent for preparing first-class, delicious food which is enjoyed by all. In spite of the hustle and bustle of the kitchen Inkeri never looks stressed, and she directs her students with her own calm and self-assured style.




Sirkka Sarjohalme

The good-humoured Sirkka or ‘Sikke’ is the in-house baker whose professional skill can always be trusted. She has extensive experience of baking all kinds of things in the restaurant sector and she conjures up amazingly delicious sweet and savoury snacks for coffee for conference guests. The aromatic fresh buns and attractively delicious berry pies in the Farm Shop are often her work. Sikke is also a big cook and an important team member when functions are being catered for.
